While we initially had no choice but to operate as a licensed ARC and an installation provider to establish our client base, our intention has always been to focus solely on being a world-class Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC): fully independent, fully dedicated, and fully supportive of the installation companies we work with.
We knew that to become an independent ARC, we needed strong partnerships and support from the industry’s installers, and this has been our focus. We’re thrilled to announce that, thanks to remarkable growth and support over the past year, this time has come. We now have a vast and rapidly growing network of installation companies who trust MYNET to provide best-in-class monitoring for their customers.
Our transition plan
In the past few weeks, we’ve renewed our PSA installation licence in Ireland for a final 12-month period. Over the coming months, we will outsource our installation and maintenance contracts to trusted third-party installers who support our ARC, ensuring a seamless transition. Going forward, MYNET will operate exclusively as an ARC, with monitoring services delivered through partnerships with installation companies who believe in our vision. All managed services involving installation, servicing or maintenance work will be delivered through our third-party installer network, who we cannot wait to promote and help to grow further.
