Alarm Monitoring You Can Trust.

Intruder, hold-up, fire and life-safety signals handled through one Category 1 ARC, with separate response procedures and signalling specified for each discipline.

Two Disciplines. One Accountable ARC.

Intruder alarms and fire systems can share an ARC connection, but each follows its own compliance, signalling and escalation procedures. Our operators preserve that distinction from the first signal through to the final event record.

Intruder & Hold-Up Monitoring.

Intruder, panic and hold-up activations are handled around the clock against the site's agreed action plan.

01

Identify the signal. Intrusion, panic, tamper and fault events are prioritised correctly.

02

Follow the response. Every activation uses the procedure agreed with the installer and end user.

03

Record the outcome. Operator actions and escalations remain available for review and reporting.

Signalling standard

Ready and compliant for all grades. Single- or dual-path signalling is selected for the required resilience under I.S. EN 50131 and I.S. EN 50136.

Fire & Life-Safety Monitoring.

Fire monitoring is a dedicated life-safety service, with fire and fault conditions kept distinct from general security events.

01

Separate every condition. Fire-alarm and fault-warning signals retain their correct priority.

02

Escalate with precision. Operators follow the site-specific route for nominated contacts and responders.

03

Document every test. Commissioning and ongoing signal activity are recorded through the ARC.

Routing equipment

EN 54 compliant applications. Device selection and commissioning are coordinated with the fire-system design and I.S. 3218:2024.

Bespoke Escalation, Built Around Every Installer.

We build bespoke escalation templates for every installer, defining how each signal is verified, who is contacted and when an event moves to the next response stage. Site-specific instructions can then be applied within that agreed framework, giving operators a clear and consistent process for every activation.

Specified For The System. Ready For The ARC.

Signalling devices can be procured through Aspeiro as part of onboarding. We help match the communicator and transmission paths to the system, provision the ARC connection and verify the signals before handover.

01

Specify

Confirm the system type, grade, required paths and applicable standards.

02

Provision

Supply and register the appropriate intruder or fire signalling equipment.

03

Commission

Test alarms, faults, tampers and path failures through to the ARC.
