MYNET Security Is Now Aspeiro

We have a new name and a new identity. The control rooms, the operators and the standards behind your monitoring are exactly where you left them.

MYNET Security is now Aspeiro. The name and the look are new; the business behind them is the one you already work with: the same two Alarm Receiving Centres, the same operators on shift, and the same procedures answering your signals.

Why the change

MYNET was the right name for a company that came out of IT, telecoms and broadband and grew into security monitoring. It is not the right name for where the business is going. Aspeiro says what we actually are now: a technology-led monitoring and security partner working across three countries, with a roadmap that runs well past the ARC.

The rebrand also formalises a structure. Aspeiro is part of Aspeiro Technology Group, formed to support expansion into new markets and to bring industry-first solutions to a sector that has been slow to get them.

What has changed

  • Our name and identity: MYNET Security is Aspeiro. The mark, the wordmark and the colours are new throughout.
  • Our website: aspeiro.co is now home to everything: services, case studies, this newsroom and the client portals.
  • Our email addresses: Every mailbox has moved to the aspeiro.co domain. Please update your address books and any monitoring contact records that name us.
  • A group structure: Aspeiro Technology Group is the parent for the monitoring business and everything we build alongside it.

What has not

Nothing that touches a live site. A change of name does not change a control room:

  • The same people: The operators, engineers and account team you already deal with are unchanged.
  • The same control rooms: Both monitoring stations continue to run to EN 50518:2019 Category 1.
  • The same procedures: Your escalation lists, keyholders, response protocols and reporting are untouched by the rebrand.
  • The same commitments: Contracts, service levels and support arrangements carry over exactly as they stand.

Ireland and South Africa. Same rooms, same operators, same certification. A new name on the door touches none of it.

Our earlier news stays as it was published

Everything we published before this announcement went out as MYNET Security, and we have left it that way. Rewriting the archive to say “Aspeiro” would only make our own stories disagree with the photographs, the certificates and the coverage of the time. So the newsroom draws a line at the rebrand instead: every story below it was published under the old name, and says so.
